About the Role
As a Student Experience Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding resident experience and supporting the smooth day to day operation of your property.
You’ll be a friendly and professional first point of contact for students, building positive relationships, resolving day to day issues, supporting arrivals and departures, and helping create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive community.
You’ll also support resident engagement activities, administration, property processes, and compliance requirements while working closely with the wider team to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a welcoming first point of contact for students, visitors, and stakeholders
Build positive relationships with residents and support a strong student community
Respond to enquiries and resolve day to day issues, escalating where required
Support arrivals, departures, room inspections, and other property processes
Maintain accurate student records and complete administration
Support rent collection and arrears activity where required
Support resident events, engagement activities, and community initiatives
Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive living environment
Identify and escalate safeguarding, welfare, health and safety, or compliance concerns
Support inspections, audits, and compliance checks
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the property operates effectively
Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will:
Preferably have experience in customer facing environments such as hospitality, accommodation, retail, or property, although this is not essential
Be an excellent communicator with a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Be able to build strong relationships with a diverse range of students
Be organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Have good IT skills and confidence using systems and Microsoft Office
Be able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
Experience in PBSA, student accommodation, property management, or hospitality is desirable but not essential
