Flow Student is a growing student accommodation platform focused on delivering high-quality student living experiences across a national portfolio. As the business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You may already be a Senior Marketing Executive, or you may be a Marketing Executive ready to take on more responsibility and accountability as a Senior Executive.
This important role will play a key part in the marketing team, at a hugely exciting time for the company as the brand takes flight and makes an impact on the sector.
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a central role in our ambition, driving delivery of marketing activity across the Flow Student portfolio, to establish brand recognition, generate sales and encourage customer loyalty.
You will proactively identify opportunities and work to optimise and improve campaigns from the first brief through to launch, measurement, and improvement. One day you might be coordinating a city-specific campaign for Clearing. The next, you could be running a photoshoot, updating a property listing, briefing new creative and assessing lead performance in HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll independently project-manage multi-channel marketing campaigns with support from the Head of Marketing, including identifying opportunities, planning, delivery, and evaluation.
Liaising and coordinating external agencies, ensuring the quality of their output remains consistent, including across SEO and paid media.
Playing a pivotal role in the delivery of integrated campaigns across paid social, search, email, organic social, websites, student portals, print, and outdoor advertising.
Coordinating campaigns for key booking periods, including early booking, international recruitment, January intake, Clearing, and late availability.
Writing clear, useful, and recognisably Flow Student copy across email, web, social media, property listings, and sales materials.
Maintaining accurate property information, including room types, prices, offers, availability, photography, amenities, and booking links.
Building and sending segmented email campaigns through HubSpot, with proper testing, tracking, and reporting.
Supporting the management of website content and working with colleagues and suppliers to improve individual property pages.
Helping to create campaign briefs that identify the audience, commercial objective, proposition, message, channel, and required response.
Coordinating creative production with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and property teams.
Supporting the Flow Creators programme and helping residents produce credible, useful content about student life.
Managing campaign calendars, deadlines, approvals, and asset libraries so work reaches the market on time.
Monitoring leads, bookings, conversion rates and campaign performance by property, city, channel, and audience.
Producing concise weekly reports that explain what happened, why it happened and what we should do next.
Working with property teams to collect local stories, student insights, photography, and operational updates.
Reviewing competitor activity without automatically copying it. Familiarity is useful; imitation is not a strategy.
Ensuring every campaign follows the Flow Student identity and maintains a consistent message across every customer touchpoint.
