We are looking to recruit a Residential Property Administrator to support our Development and Acquisitions team at our head office in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Providing administrative support to the Development and Acquisitions team across residential property projects
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of acquisition reports, development trackers, and project documentation
  • Coordinating internal document filing and project records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting due diligence processes by gathering and organising property data and legal documentation
  • Liaising with external consultants, agents, and solicitors to support development and acquisition progress
  • Managing Purchase Orders and raising cheque requests and credit notes as required
  • Handling supplier and contractor queries in collaboration with the accounts team
  • Assisting in tracking compliance documents such as insurance, RAMS, and work permits
  • Organising and maintaining project-related correspondence and documentation

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confident liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders
