As a Recruiter at MCR Property Group, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent across the construction and property sectors. You will work closely with senior stakeholder’s to develop strategic recruitment plans that align with the company’s growth objectives. This is a key opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's success while being part of a forward-thinking, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the senior stakeholder’s team to define and understand recruitment needs for construction, property, and facilities roles.
Develop and publish targeted job advertisements via our applicant tracking system.
Review and evaluate applications to identify high-calibre candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and seamless recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the recruitment process and act as a key point of contact.
Assist with reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
Manage offer letter preparation and oversee the smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Set up IT for new starters and process leavers.
Organise and participate in industry-specific recruitment events and job fairs to increase talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction, property, or facilities sectors.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
