As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in construction, property, or facilities management to join our dedicated team in Manchester.

As a Recruiter at MCR Property Group, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent across the construction and property sectors. You will work closely with senior stakeholder’s to develop strategic recruitment plans that align with the company’s growth objectives. This is a key opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's success while being part of a forward-thinking, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the senior stakeholder’s team to define and understand recruitment needs for construction, property, and facilities roles.
  • Develop and publish targeted job advertisements via our applicant tracking system.
  • Review and evaluate applications to identify high-calibre candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and seamless recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the recruitment process and act as a key point of contact.
  • Assist with reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
  • Manage offer letter preparation and oversee the smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Set up IT for new starters and process leavers.
  • Organise and participate in industry-specific recruitment events and job fairs to increase talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction, property, or facilities sectors.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
