Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out painting and decorating works across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Preparing surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming, to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Applying paints, wallpapers, and other finishes to a high standard.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Carrying out general maintenance tasks as required.
  • Managing own workload and ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Liaising with clients and other contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license (preferred, but not essential).
  • CSCS card (desirable but not essential).
