Marketing Executive – Student & Co-Living

MCR Property Group is a national real estate investment and development company with offices in Manchester, London, Birmingham and Glasgow. Our portfolio spans residential, commercial, industrial and student living sectors and we’re growing fast.

We’re about to launch an exciting new student accommodation and co-living brand, and we’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Executive to help make it happen.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to bring our new brand to life from launch campaigns and open days to social media storytelling and student engagement.

This is a varied, fast-moving role where no two days are the same. One day you might be planning an event, the next you’ll be crafting social content or analysing campaign results. You’ll collaborate with our design team, property managers and senior stakeholders to make sure every campaign hits the right notes.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, full of ideas, and excited to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the marketing launch of our new student accommodation and co-living brand.
• Planning and managing open days, events and brand activations.
• Creating and scheduling content across social media platforms.
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns.
• Liaising with property managers and wider business stakeholders.
• Helping to produce creative materials – from posters and flyers to digital ads and videos.
• Tracking campaign performance and helping to report on key results.
• Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

• A true people person – positive, friendly and confident working with others.
• A creative thinker who’s full of initiative and ideas.
• Organised, adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects.
• A good communicator with a can-do attitude and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable using social media and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems (desirable, but not essential)
• Experience in student accommodation or property (desirable, not a must)
