About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and experienced Marketing Account Manager to help manage the flow of work across our busy internal studio and marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in creative or digital agencies who’s used to juggling multiple projects, rolling up their sleeves, and delivering high-quality work at pace.

You’ll be the engine behind production, briefing, scheduling, coordinating and keeping everything on track. From branding and websites to campaign launches and content delivery, you’ll work closely with our internal team of designers, marketers and content creators, while also managing a wider network of freelancers and external partners.

We’re looking for a true people person, someone who naturally builds relationships, keeps communication flowing and brings a sense of calm and clarity to fast-moving projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end flow of creative and marketing projects across our internal studio
  • Scope, brief and schedule work for designers, copywriters, developers and external suppliers
  • Own the production timeline for websites, campaigns, brochures, brand rollouts and digital assets
  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day delivery, ensuring work moves smoothly from idea to execution
  • Coordinate with external freelancers, photographers, video teams and creative partners where needed
  • Support the marketing team with the delivery of property launches, campaigns, events and brand activity
  • Help maintain and evolve internal production processes to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Keep track of deadlines, workloads and resource requirements across a varied project list
  • Ensure everything going out is on brand, on time and aligned with campaign objectives

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in integrated marketing – client or agency side
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and creative workstreams simultaneously
  • Hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up attitude with excellent organisational skills
  • A true people person, approachable, collaborative, and confident working across teams and with external partners
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems before they arise
  • Experience working with or managing creative suppliers, freelancers and production partners
  • Comfortable working across website builds, print, digital, content and brand production

 

Desirable

  • Understanding of property or place marketing, though not essential
  • Experience with tools  project management platforms
  • Familiarity with working alongside design, web and content teams
