Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Room Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel. The successful candidate will ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
Change bed linens and towels
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture
Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and surfaces
Replenish guest amenities and supplies
Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors
Ensure corridors, service areas, and housekeeping trolleys remain clean and organised
Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Respond politely and professionally to guest requests
Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift during shifts
