We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful reception team at our Head Office in Ardwick, Manchester. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Role includes but is not limited to the following:
Visitor Management: Greeting visitors and signing them into the office
Communication: Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls to the correct departments within 3 rings
Scheduling: Managing the meeting room calendar
Managing the email inbox
Environment Control: Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming reception area including the meeting rooms and the kitchen
Stock Control: Ordering & replenishing of stationary, kitchen supplies and cleaning materials ensuring the kitchen is adequately stocked at all times
Handling incoming and outgoing post in a timely manner
Administration Duties: Supporting the CEO and senior management as and when required
Skills & Requirements:
Professional positive and confident telephone manner
Proven front of house reception experience required
Competent at using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic enviromemnt
