Responsibilities:
Company Secretarial:
Managing statutory and regulatory requirements
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Maintaining Company Statutory Books – update physical books and store electronically
Filing Annual Confirmation Statements
Preparation of Board minutes / letters of appointment and resignation
Effecting changes during the year
Updating CA master company schedule
KYC:
Annual KYC reviews / FATCA forms
Completion of forms for opening new bank accounts
Completion of forms for finance
Maintaining up to date ID and POA for all directors / PSCs
Liaising with Solicitors reagrding certification of documents
Liaison with Financial Advisors re Jersey companies
Maintaining up to date structure charts
Financial:
Statements
Prepare transfer forms
Ordering cheque / paying in books
Cancellation of cheques / DD’s
Requirements
Maintaining and keeping statutory records i.e. shareholdings, directors and registered office addresses up to date.
Preparing and Filing Documents at Companies House as in submitting statutory forms.
Preparing board minutes.
Assisting the company in adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
Knowledge of company secretarial procedures and relevant legislation.
Good time management.
Excellent organisation skills and record keeping.
A good attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Companies House online filing systems.
Well versed in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
