We're currently seeking a Commercial Reporting Analyst to join our MCR office in Manchester. MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company, with offices in key cities like London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. We manage a diverse portfolio, including over 5,000 residential units and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2bn in value.

We are currently enjoying a period of growth through asset acquisition, so the need has arisen for to fill this newly created role. Join us and be part of our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting to multiple lenders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Including:
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against financial covenants
    • Liaise with Fund and Property Managers on periodic property reports
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Commercial Finance team, ensuring the smooth presentation of reports to lenders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support lending requirements and due diligence processes.
  • Aid in the preparation of expenditure planning processes in alignment with lender requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of cash flow forecasts and support with managing financial reporting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all financial reports meet lender expectations and legal compliance.
