About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and experienced Marketing Account Manager to lead the marketing activity across our commercial property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in commercial real estate marketing who’s used to managing multiple assets, coordinating campaigns across a diverse property portfolio, and delivering high-quality, results-driven marketing activity.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing all marketing output for our commercial properties, including branding, leasing campaigns, digital assets, and promotional materials, ensuring consistent messaging and strong market positioning. Working closely with our in-house design and marketing team, you’ll manage the flow of projects, coordinate external partners, and help drive enquiries and occupancy across the portfolio.

We’re looking for a confident communicator and natural collaborator who can manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and bring clarity and structure to complex marketing delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing activity for the commercial property portfolio, including offices, industrial units, and mixed-use assets.
  • Scope, brief and schedule creative work across designers, copywriters, developers and external suppliers.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials for leasing and investment campaigns, including brochures, digital listings, websites and signage.
  • Coordinate the delivery of property launches, tenant marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
  • Act as the main point of contact for commercial marketing activity, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners.
  • Maintain marketing schedules and timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered on brand, on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor marketing performance across assets and provide regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development and rollout of new brand initiatives across the commercial portfolio.
  • Continuously refine internal processes to improve efficiency, communication, and visibility across the marketing team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: Proven experience in commercial property marketing, ideally within an investment, agency, or developer environment.
  • Previous experience managing multiple marketing projects or portfolios simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of property marketing collateral, digital channels, and leasing campaign delivery.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Confident managing relationships with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using project management tools and working alongside creative, web and content teams.
