We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Cluster Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations across all four properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping teams across all four sites.
• Ensure guest rooms, apartments and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct daily room inspections and quality checks.
• Manage staff rotas, training and performance.
• Monitor linen, guest amenities and housekeeping stock levels.
• Work closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Handle guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Experience using a Hotel PMS (Guestline, Opera or similar preferred).
• Flexible approach to working across multiple properties.
