We are recruiting a Carpenter (Multi-Skilled) to join our team in London and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and deliver property maintenance services, undertaking repair activities predominantly within our commercial properties

Responsibilities
To ensure that all works are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with good practice and current legislation.
To undertake project work as directed by the Project Manager.
To communicate effectively and work productively with all other staff.
Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to at all times.
Undertake duties, as required, that contribute to the effective operation of the business
To work in accordance with all MCR policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum of L2 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Joinery and relevant experience.
Full UK manual driving licence.
Sound knowledge of building construction, components, building trades and applicable building regulations.
Proven ability to deliver a quality repairs service.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, regulation and ACOPS relevant to the post and associated tasks undertaken within it, in line with HASAWA 1974.
Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property maintenance environment.
