MCR Property Group is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Residential Capital Markets Sales Broker to lead disposals across a diverse residential portfolio. Role Overview

The Residential Capital Markets Sales Broker will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing exit strategies across designated residential portfolios. Working from our London office, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external capital market networks, the role ensures assets are strategically positioned to maximise value and attract the right investors.

This role is ideal for a proactive, network-driven professional with residential investment brokerage experience and a strong understanding of UK residential capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Lead disposition strategies for residential assets and portfolios.
  • Develop tailored sales and marketing strategies based on asset profile, market conditions, and investor demand.
  • Oversee marketing processes, including preparation of sales packs, data rooms, and investor-facing presentations.

Stakeholder & Investor Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private capital family offices, institutional investors, and property funds.
  • Work closely with capital markets agents to coordinate viewings, inspections, and buyer engagement.
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.

Transaction Management

  • Manage single-asset and portfolio transactions from enquiry to completion.
  • Lead bid processes, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate due diligence requirements.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication across all parties involved in the transaction.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Track UK-wide residential investment trends, pricing, yields, and buyer activity.
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to influence future strategies.
  • Produce regular sales progress reports and pipeline updates.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in residential investment brokerage, capital markets, real estate agency, or similar roles.
  • Strong investor network, ideally within London and wider UK residential investment markets.
  • Track record of supporting or managing end-to-end investment transactions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret market data.
  • Proactive, relationship-led, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deal-focused environment.
