Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Breakfast Waitress to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming dining experience and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive breakfast service.
• Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service begins.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Refill buffet items and ensure food presentation standards are maintained.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints courteously.
• Follow food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with cleaning and resetting the restaurant after breakfast service.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and well-presented.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge preferred.
