Job Overview: The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will play a critical role in delivering our digital communications and marketing strategy. This position involves running updates to our websites, creating engaging digital content, developing digital assets, updating property portals, and implementing new processes and technologies to enhance our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within the property industry and experience with tools like Matterport for 3D video tours. Additionally, the candidate must have expertise in generating comprehensive market reports on all products and tracking and analysing marketing performance using various analytics tools. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will be part of a small but mighty internal marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Implementation:
    • Assist in developing and executing the digital marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
  2. Website Management:
    • Regularly update and maintain company websites to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
    • Work closely with the web development team to implement new features and enhancements.
  3. Content Creation:
    • Create high-quality digital content including blog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, and more.
    • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all digital platforms.
  4. Digital Assets Development:
    • Design and produce digital assets such as graphics, videos, infographics, and presentations to support marketing campaigns.
    • Use Matterport and other tools to create 3D virtual tours of properties.
  5. Property Portals Management:
    • Update and manage listings on various property portals to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
    • Optimize property descriptions and images to enhance attractiveness and searchability.
  6. Process and Technology Enhancement:
    • Identify and implement new processes and technologies to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and property technology.
  7. Tracking and Analytics:
    • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities.
    • Generate detailed market reports on all products, providing insights into performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Director.
  8. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
    • Liaise with external vendors and agencies to coordinate marketing activities and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the property industry.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with Matterport or similar 3D video tour technology.
  • Strong content creation skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in generating and interpreting comprehensive market reports.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
